USVI Moke Rentals — Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want your Island experience to be smooth from the moment you book. Please review our refund policy carefully before reserving your Moke.
Cancellations
- 7 or more days before your rental start date: Full refund.
- Less than 7 days but at least 24 hours before your rental start date: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before your rental start date, or no-shows: No refund.
To cancel, please contact us directly with your booking confirmation. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Weather
The Moke is an open-air vehicle, and St. Croix's tropical climate means weather can be unpredictable. We do not issue refunds, credits, or partial refunds for rain, wind, overcast skies, or other adverse weather during your rental period. For example, if you book a 3-day rental and it rains for 2 of those days, the full rental fee still applies.
Unsafe Conditions & Force Majeure
If USVI Moke Rentals cancels your rental due to genuinely unsafe conditions such as a hurricane warning, tropical storm warning, or other force majeure event you will be offered either a rescheduled rental date or a full refund for the affected days, at our discretion.
Damage, Fees & Other Charges
Refunds do not apply to charges assessed for vehicle damage, theft-related losses, late returns, towing, traffic fines, or cleaning fees, as authorized in your signed rental waiver.
